Have heard of Shilajit for a while. Thought of trying it as it has numerous benefits, but a bit skeptical about getting a genuine product. My friend from Nepal suggested me from getting it from AB Herbal, as they only sell genuine products. I gave it a try, and when I first tried a pea-sized pure Shilajit, the strong taste hit me. I wasn’t expecting but gradually I got used to it. I have noticed a change, like I feel energetic and focused. Strongly recommended.
