I ordered Wild Garlic (Allium Wallichii) from AB Herbal as I found it unique and curious to try it. The taste is different, with a stronger aroma than that of regular garlic. I found it slightly spicier as I was not used to it. But now I am used to it and I love to use it as a chutney pickle, and as a garnish for food. I also used it when feeling cold. Its medicinal benefits surprised me. Love it.
